Moroccan-born artist Bouziane is a new and exciting rising talent on the North African music scene. A 29 year old singer-songwriter, Bouziane draws inspiration from his upbringing in Morocco and the North African culture, along with influences from western pop and R&B artists. As well as being an accomplished vocal artist and rapper, Bouziane has been a musician since 2011 and is a trained classical guitarist.
Bouziane was born in Guelmim in southern Morocco and showed an affinity for performing from an early age. His musical promise first came to light when he achieved 2nd place at the first and second meetings of youth music in Morocco in 2011-2012. From here, he has gone on to work in the entertainment industry for several years, gaining a significant following in Morocco, both as a musical artist and as a DJ. Bouziane is somewhat of a “triple-threat” as he can sing and rap fluently in his native Arabic, as well as in French and English. Another string to his bow as an accomplished entertainer, Bouziane is also a highly skilled hip-hop and break-dancer and has performed to many excited crowds in Morocco.
Bouziane is ready to take the next step in his career and share his original music with the world – his debut single “Till When” was released worldwide on 6th June, and his second single “Lost” following soon after, both to great success. His debut album “This Is Real” is being released on 9th November to all major streaming platforms.

Bouziane’s second single “Lost” has been released with Universal. This track with heavy Moroccan influences and thoughtful lyrics sung in Arabic showcases a different side to Bouziane. The official lyric video is on Universal’s YouTube page.

Debut Single – Till When
OUT NOW – We are excited to announce that Bouziane has officially signed to Universal Music MENA and has released his debut single “Till When”. In recent years Bouziane has pleased audiences in Morocco with his abilities to rap, dance, play the guitar and is ready to take the music scene by storm.
‘Till When’ is sung in Arabic and showcases Bouziane’s vocals in both melody and rap. The track has influences from North African R&B and Western pop.
Bouziane introduces himself in this track as a Moroccan artist, as he describes, “I would define the track as a reflection of the reality…We deserve to live the lives we want to, but a lot of the time are blocked from doing so as some officials place their own interests before that of the people.”
Directed by Videorama in a plastic factory in Casablanca, the music video is a solid visualization of the track. By displaying the artist outdoors surrounded by abandoned walls, graffiti, and raw material adds to the overall aesthetic message of the new release.
